We are looking for a bilingual and professional payroll administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible providing support with payroll services, including processing DAS and T4s and other remittances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with payroll services, including processing employee time-sheets, calculating payroll, issuing paychecks, and preparing DAS and T4s
  • Handle confidential payroll information and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits information
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and benefits administration
  • Experience with preparing DAS and T4s
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
