We're looking for: Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Mechanical Staging Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at a dealership or similar organization, staging vehicles or similar experience.

You Will:

● Coordinate inbound mechanical shop inventory

● Ensure production lines are operating smoothly and efficiently.

● Dispatch ancillary services on-site as needed.

● Maintain knowledge of equipment and options concerning vehicles.

● Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Basic computer skills required

● Valid G Driver's License, clean driver abstract with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles

● Strong oral and written communication skills

● Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

● Team player, reliable, punctual and detail oriented

Nice to Haves:

● Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions

● Prior experience working with OPENLANE's operations team or in a similar role

● 1-3 years' experience in office or general administration

● Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other OPENLANE systems

● Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/ or tow trucks is strongly preferred

● Being licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs
