POSITION BACKGROUND

The Project Coordinator – Product Support
provides essential project support to the Project Management team. Working
closely with the Client Solutions team, this role contributes to the
development of action plans and coordinates a variety of tasks, including
addressing client requirements through Ketek equipment, supply chains, or
distribution channels. Key responsibilities include scheduling, documentation
management, administrative duties, and supporting business development in both
new and existing regions. This role also involves managing client requests,
balancing both internal and external responsibilities, and promoting Ketek
products and services by identifying solutions that meet client needs.

The
Project Coordinator works collaboratively with team members to ensure the
highest levels of customer satisfaction while supporting the success of field
operations. This position is accountable for ensuring projects are completed
safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable
standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

CORE DUTIES

Business Development

·
Prospect for potential clients and convert them
into increased business opportunities

·
Present new products and services to improve
existing relationships.

·
Engage internal and external contacts.

·
Establish and promote excellent relationships
through clear and accurate communication.

·
Attend project and onsite safety meetings as
needed to provide leadership and support for the project scope.

·
Attend industry functions, including conferences
and association vents, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming
market trends to present to team members.

Assist in product awareness on the Ketek website
and through Social Media

·
Assist/Create targeted social media campaigns to drive traffic to the
Company website and generate leads.

·
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and
evaluating options

Project Support-Services

  • Communicate project details as required.
  • Create travel and accommodation
    arrangements for field Employees for services.
  • Ensure Employees are activated
    on site (where required) and have completed site orientation(s).
  • Maintain all site invoicing
    requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Maintain project and
    administrative files, including daily Labour, Equipment, and Materials
    (LEMs) and cost tracking sheets for invoicing and Client requests.
  • Manage the resources to stay on
    schedule and/or monitor the deliverables.
  • Support Project Managers in the
    preparation of reports and site mobilization requirements.
  • Coordinate material lists,
    shipping, receiving and procurement.
  • Assist on handling issues
    related to Ketek Group products and/or distributor products.
  • Assist in resolving product-related
    issues by identifying and providing effective solutions for clients

Daily Project Management

  • Promote and establish excellent
    client-based relationship.
  • Organize, instruct, and ensure
    projects are completed in a safe manner, on time and on budget.
  • Closely monitor job schedules
    and budgets.
  • Provide accrual and forecast
    reports to client when requested.
  • Coordinate development of
    manuals, technical data, and sustainability reports.
  • Assist in development of
    quotations, research and development projects and bring forth creative
    initiatives.

Actively strive to ensure a positive, safe work environment with high

  • Communicate proactively any
    risks or restraints with project stakeholders.
  • Utilizing conflict resolution
    skills to address safety concerns from employees, subcontractors, and
    government agencies.
  • Ensure that all of Company
    policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
  • Prepare information for invoice
    creation and audit for accuracy prior to release.

Other
Duties

  • Submit timely reports
    and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Successfully complete safety training as
    required on an ongoing basis.
  • Observe all safety procedures
    and use proper Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Ensure that all of Company
    policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations are followed.
  • Represent the Company in a light that is
    commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate Vision and
    Mission Statements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 year of administrative
    experience.
  • Minimum 2-year experience with related industrial
    sector

Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean drivers
abstract

·
High School diploma and secondary education
(Degree or Diploma).

  • Fluent in the English language
    (reading, written, spoken).
  • Ability to deal with the public
    in a positive, courteous, and respectful manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple
    tasks and frequent demanding deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and
    organizational planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
    or as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal and listening
    communication skills

A minimum of 2 years of experience within Ketek
Group Inc.

Experience and knowledge of Company equipment (or similar).

Management experience in related sectors,
environmental, industrial, development

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to
    stand/sit, talk/hear, use hands/fingers to operate a computer and
    telephone, stoop, and kneel.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer
    screens.

Work Environment

  • Office environment (90%), field
    environment (10%).
  • May be required to work
    weekends and outside of regular office hours
  • May be required to travel for
    meetings, conferences, and related business activities.
  • On call 24/7
  • Pre-Access drug and alcohol
    testing may be required for client site specific visit
