POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a retail sales associate at The Seven Eighty is to build connections with customers while maintaining friendly and positive vibes for everyone We are looking for intelligent individuals with a good work ethic to join or team Experience is not required, however, willingness to learn is. We work hard to create a fun and positive environment for everyone to thrive and grow.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues using written and spoken English language skills
  • A customer focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
  • A passion for selling and improving customer experience
  • Ability to create a vibe that others will feel comfortable with
  • Able to have fun while still being productive and focused
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Open availability. Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm. Sundays 11am to 6pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate, timely, and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain inventory levels in accordance with established procedures.
  • Work with the rest of the team to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Building connections with customers
  • Completing daily, weekly, and month task lists
  • Keeping the store tidy, and visibly attractive to customers
  • Receive product from our vendors or from our other locations, and these items being put out in a timely manner.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
