Non-Prime (Sub Prime) Finance Manager – Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Oakville, ON)

Are you a motivated, ethical, and customer-focused finance professional? Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Non-Prime Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who understands non-prime automotive financing, works with urgency and integrity, and takes pride in helping customers with all credit situations get the vehicle they need.

Responsibilities

  • Secure financing for customers with all credit types, with a focus on subprime.
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders and finance partners.
  • Structure deals for maximum approval rates and profitability.
  • Guide customers through the finance process with transparency and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with all lender and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in automotive F&I, subprime, or non-prime finance.
  • Proven track record of closing subprime deals.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and lending criteria.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and organization skills.
  • OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Professional, ethical, and motivated to grow.
  • Marketing experience
