The Canada Bodhi Dharma Society is a non-profit and community-focused wellness organization offering meditation, energy healing, and holistic programs. We provide compassionate support, guidance, and community outreach events to help individuals find balance, peace, and wellness.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Energy Healing & Event Support Assistant to support healing sessions and assist with event preparation, setup, and visitor support. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and experienced in meditation, energy healing, or wellness programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining healing rooms and event spaces
  • Guide visitors through sign-in, intake, and program orientation
  • Support energy healing practitioners during sessions
  • Help organize and manage materials for events, including brochures, signage, and supplies
  • Engage with visitors and provide information about Bodhi Dharma Society programs
  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and general logistics

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of previous learning or involvement with Bodhi Meditation or The Canada Bodhi Dharma Society
  • Minimum 2 years of consistent meditation or energy healing practice
  • Prefer with Bodhi Meditation Retreat Certificate
  • Friendly, compassionate, and service-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to assist with light physical tasks (moving materials, setup/tear-down)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow protocols
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events
  • Must Fluent in Mandarin and Some English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
