- Oversee the strategy for data governance, including ingestion, storage, transformation, analysis, and consumption by various lines of business.
- Champion the user experience for developers and internal teams who consume the platform by owning the API strategy and developer experience
- Ensure platform performance meets or exceeds system uptime and performance targets.
- Ensure the coordinated delivery of hardware, firmware, operating systems, and device applications into product line roadmaps.
- Accountable for defining and driving the platform monetization strategy or business model
- Collaborate deeply in technical architecture discussions, understanding system design trade-offs, and influence technical discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the platform
- People Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead by example while hiring, managing, guiding, and mentoring a team of Product Managers and Product Owners in their growth and development.
- Foster strong product management practices and market-informed requirement development within your team.
