Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Illustrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design and visual arts, with a passion for creating compelling illustrations across various mediums. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as experience in motion graphics and animation. The Illustrator will collaborate with other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with project goals and client expectations.

Must have Minimum- Other or Trades Degree Specializing in Illustration/Cartooning and 5 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create original illustrations for a variety of projects, including print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics.
  • Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Apply typography skills to create visually appealing layouts and designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for projects.
  • Maintain an organized library of illustrations and design assets for easy access by the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and output.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Maya, SketchUp, and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, visual design, and color theory.
  • Experience in 2D and 3D animation techniques is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to create sketches and paintings that convey concepts effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of illustrative styles and techniques is required for consideration.
