We are inviting internal expressions of interest for the role of Head of Enterprise Operations. This three-month secondment is a great opportunity for someone to lead a diverse team who are providing support and service at an enterprise level.

Based at Milton and reporting to the CEO, this role has responsibility for leading the Enterprise Operations business unit, ensuring the effective management of centralised corporate capabilities and the delivery of high-quality internal customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operational leadership of core corporate functions

• Provide operational oversight for all centralised functions within Enterprise Operations

• Oversee the delivery of high quality administrative and executive support services to all business units

• Oversee the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

• Lead the collection, analysis and reporting of enterprise data

• Manage internal communications and over-see media relations, crisis communications, and the production of organisational publications and content.

• Lead procurement processes, vendor management and commercial negotiations

• Provide governance and consolidated reporting for enterprise projects and programs

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in managing a multidisciplinary team at a senior level

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Senior people leadership capability with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives and targets

• Demonstrated high level managerial experience in the provision of customer focussed, comprehensive, quality and cost-effective services

• Proven ability to motivate, mentor and develop talent and create a culture of collaboration and teamwork
