About Us

Echelon Builds is a Calgary-based residential renovation company, established nearly four years ago and growing steadily with large-scale projects. We are seeking a full-time labourer, with carpentry skills considered a bonus. We are looking for someone organised, detail-oriented, and ready to commit to building a career with us.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with demolition
  • Cleaning and maintaining job sites
  • Procuring materials and supplies
  • Supporting carpentry work, including constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures
  • Measuring, cutting, or shaping wood, drywall, and other materials
  • Performing heavy lifting and manual labour as required
  • Operating power tools safely and effectively
  • Assisting with installation of various materials

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Competence using power tools for carpentry tasks
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Clear communication and fluency in English
  • Exceptional client-facing professionalism
  • A reliable vehicle and clean driving record

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with drywall installation and construction painting
  • Proven carpentry experience
  • Experience with mudding and taping
