The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. Operating from multiple locations globally, we provide custody and depositary services and credit facilities, with our solutions fully integrated with our fund administration and corporate and trust offerings.

About The Team & Business Line
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.

As a core member of our Compliance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossbanking services.

Responsibilities
Your Role:

  • Provide ongoing trade support in every aspect of the custody services offered to Citco's expanding client base. You must be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to prioritize an ever-varying workload in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment while building sustainable relationships with Citco's key clients.
  • Monitor trade queues to ensure trades are executed within defined parameters
  • Execute instructions received from clients in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Amend/cancel transactions as per client instructions
  • Liaise with counterparties to ensure that all relevant queries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Complete legal documents required as part of the trade execution process including subscription agreements, redemption forms, stock transfer forms and/or account opening forms
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with Citco's key clients through decisive action and regular communication
  • Confirm receipt and approval of all trades with underlying counterparties efficiently and in line with Citco Policy
  • Liaise with Back Office and other internal departments to ensure all associated operational and market risk is mitigated
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties may be required at the manager's discretion

Qualifications
About You:

  • You must have a post-secondary degree or relevant experience in financial services, banking or similar role.
  • Good understanding of Financial Markets/Funds Business (would be an advantage)

The following designations would be an asset

  • FINRA General Securities Registered Representative Exam (Series 7)
  • FINRA Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63)
  • CSI Registration (Canadian Securities Course)
