Are you passionate about building strong partnerships, solving complex challenges, and shaping the future of labour relations?
We're looking for a Labour Relations Manager who's ready to take negotiations, strategy, and collaboration to the next level.
Why You'll Love This Role
- You'll lead collective bargaining using our innovative Shared Table approach.
- You'll be the go-to expert for grievance management, arbitration presentations, and LR capability-building.
- You'll work closely with operations and HR to align labour strategies with business goals—because here, LR isn't just compliance, it's a competitive advantage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive bargaining strategies that balance operational needs and employee engagement.
- Act as lead spokesperson in negotiations and provide trusted guidance to leaders.
- Manage the grievance program with precision and efficiency.
- Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field..
- 5 years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience.
- Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
