What's The Role?

We're looking for a Labour Relations Manager who's ready to take negotiations, strategy, and collaboration to the next level.

• You'll be the go-to expert for grievance management, arbitration presentations, and LR capability-building.
• You'll work closely with operations and HR to align labour strategies with business goals—because here, LR isn't just compliance, it's a competitive advantage.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive bargaining strategies that balance operational needs and employee engagement.
• Act as lead spokesperson in negotiations and provide trusted guidance to leaders.
• Manage the grievance program with precision and efficiency.
• Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable.

What We're Looking For

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field..
• 5 years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience.
• Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
