What You'll Do

  • Jump into high priority problems and build clarity quickly
  • Generate bold ideas alongside leadership and help shape them into early versions
  • Prototype simple product concepts in tools like Figma or Replit and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with engineers to turn lightweight prototypes into shipped features
  • Support growth experiments across content, campaigns and early product flows
  • Analyse operational, financial and product data to inform decisions
  • Switch easily between creative work, analytical work and operational work
  • Build lightweight workflows and processes that help the team scale
  • Operate with high trust, high ownership and high velocity
  • This is a role where you will learn constantly and touch every part of the business

Additional Notes

  • This role is based in London or Montreal. Some travel to the United States may be required for projects and team collaboration.
