About the Role

We're looking for a Senior QA Analyst who brings both precision and perspective - someone who sees around corners, digs into the edge cases, and sets a high bar for product quality and user experience. You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure every enhancement meets a high bar for functionality, reliability, and user experience.

This role blends hands-on testing with opportunities to shape automation strategy and quality processes. You'll dig into edge cases, validate critical paths, and advocate for quality throughout the development cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Test new features from the end-user perspective, validating functionality and usability against business goals..
  • Lead manual and exploratory testing to uncover regressions and edge cases before they reach customers
  • Validate RESTful APIs and backend integrations to ensure quality beyond the UI.
  • Use Playwright and related tools to design, execute, and validate automated tests - from setup through data validation and reporting.
  • Understand application architecture to identify dependencies and potential risks.
  • Drive QA best practices and support release testing efforts
  • Leverage AI-driven testing tools to expand coverage and efficiency
  • Communicate issues and risks clearly with actionable insights, not just bug counts
  • Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of our agile process

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of software QA experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • A strong QA mindset - curious, detail-oriented, and driven to understand how and why things work.
  • Technical understanding of how application stacks fit together (frontend to backend services) to identify dependencies and risks early
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar), REST, JSON, and web technologies
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - and experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity about AI testing tools and how they can strengthen QA workflows
