Position Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and inspiring Sales Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being hands-on in the sales cycle. You'll play a key role in motivating and guiding our sales and telemarketing teams, helping them reach — and exceed — their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of telemarketing agents and sales representatives.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Actively participate in the sales cycle, supporting team members on calls and during negotiations.
- Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve department sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center or telesales environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Passion for sales and a hands-on approach to management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the tobacco industry is a strong asset.
