Temporary Part-Time FTE / 27.5hours per week)

End Date: February 10, With possibility of extension

Desired Qualifications:

  • Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience;
  • Ability to work with students in one-on-one and classroom setting;
  • Experience or ability to work with young children;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment;
  • A positive and flexible attitude to change;
  • Interview will be required;
  • Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation;
  • Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion.

Duties (may include but are not limited to):

  • Assisting with a student's educational program;
  • Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced student-centered environment;
  • Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required;
  • May involve some lifts and transfers;
  • Other duties as assigned.
