Position Summary

The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a passion for client care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to confidently promote complementary treatments and skincare products that enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures using laser, RF, IPL, and ultrasound technologies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in full compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide front desk support as needed, including scheduling appointments and addressing client inquiries.
• Deliver professional client consultations and aftercare guidance to ensure optimal treatment results.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.
• Demonstrate basic first aid knowledge and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification and training in the operation of clinical aesthetics equipment.
• Experience with laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced technology-based treatments.
• Barbicide Certification (may be completed upon employment).
• Valid Certificate of Qualification from Apprenticeship Manitoba or an equivalent out-of-province credential (preferred).
• Background or education in a medical or healthcare setting (an asset).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the aesthetics or medical spa industry preferred.
