Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Log, track, and manage customer complaints and service requests using our platform.
- Provide updates on warranty claims, repair statuses, and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the technical support team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Uphold Praise Group's values of efficiency, transparency, and excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in product support is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on upselling products effectively.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset for engaging diverse customer bases.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
