Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment and components, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery.
You will work closely with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements- Possession of a valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433a) Trade Certification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
