Overview

**MUST HAVE OWN NAIL GUN AND AIR COMPRESSOR** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the building process, working with various materials and tools to create structural frameworks for residential and commercial projects. **BONUS PAY AVAILABLE**

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
  • Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or concrete materials.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
  • Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed for foundation work.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
  • Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials on job sites.
  • Assist in restoration projects, including siding installation and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in carpentry or construction is required.
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and welding is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
