Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a focus on bodywork and collision repair. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. The Auto Body Technician will work closely with other technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Perform body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, panel replacement,
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.
  • Assess damage and determine the necessary repairs needed for each vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet repair deadlines and uphold quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician 310B or 310Q is preferred.
  • Dealership experience is a plus, providing familiarity with specific vehicle brands and models.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing issues accurately.
  • Experience with heavy lifting is required, as the role involves moving parts and equipment regularly.
  • Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools is necessary for effective performance in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.48-$37.75 per hour
