About Us We're a growing startup building modern SaaS solutions and looking for a motivated developer to join our small, fast-moving team. You'll be working alongside experienced founders and engineers on meaningful projects that span backend, frontend, and 3rd-party integrations.

Our Product We're building MovePlnr, a next-generation SaaS platform designed for residential moving companies. It combines CRM, sales, dispatch, reporting, and customer communications into a single streamlined solution. With integrations to tools like Gmail, Google calendar and RingCentral, MovePlnr helps moving companies run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our native-AI approach ensures we bring the new-gen user experience to the front of the stage, putting the user and its convenience and efficiency first. You'll be directly shaping the product that simplifies operations for an entire industry.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the design and development of our core platform, built with ASP.NET Core (latest version).
  • Implement backend logic using C# and Entity Framework (EF Core), integrating with PostgresSQL as our primary database.
  • Work with Hangfire for background jobs and async worker pipelines.
  • Build modern, responsive UIs with React and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop and maintain 3rd-party integrations (Google APIs, RingCentral, OpenAI, etc.).
  • Collaborate through Linear: take user stories and feature descriptions from ticket to fully working features.
  • Participate in customer communication: respond to bug reports and support escalations with professionalism, problem-solving, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Support AWS-based deployments (Elastic Beanstalk, S3), with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on feature design, code reviews, and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in software development (open to internships/co-ops if you've built solid projects).
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET Core, with an understanding of web APIs.
  • Experience with React and front-end development best practices.
  • Knowledge of EF Core and PostgresSQL is a strong asset.
  • Exposure to background job systems (Hangfire, Celery, Quartz, or similar).
  • Comfort with building and maintaining 3rd-party API integrations.
  • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to handle customer-facing issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment where things move quickly and you get to wear many hats.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.50-$26.00 per hour
