Client Details:
Our client is Canadian Private Firm who is a leader in the Health Science Consumer Package Goods industry with concentration in Health, Nutrition and Fitness.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the project management team to help lead, coordinate and work with colleagues from all departments across the organization to ensure all new item launches and special replenishment initiatives are available to ship to customers on-time. Departments include Production, Demand Planning, R&D, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Legal, Regulatory, Creative, Sales and Marketing
- Direct & communicate project priorities to team members and help communicate key project timelines & milestone dates to all key business units
- Oversee the management & risk identification and communications for "Built to order" projects
- Oversee product label approvals, this includes directing the team coordinators and colleagues across the organization in ensuring labels are fully approved to print within the due dates directed by you
- Oversee the management, tracking & execution of work orders for promotional items (in-store displays, marketing initiatives etc.)
- Oversee the management, tracking & execution of change controls, ensuring no gaps in supply due to transition activities
- Lead weekly meetings hosted by the New Product Launch Team to ensure all new product launches and special replenishment initiatives are on track vs. required timelines. Drive solutions for any identified obstacles working with the cross functional team. Escalate obstacles when necessary to senior leadership team.
- May include presenting progress on all new item launch initiatives to the Iovate Executive Team weekly, highlighting any issues impacting timelines with potential solutions and recommendations
- Provides leadership, direction and coaching to the project management team specialists & coordinators
- Other role related duties as assigned

Salary:

Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or Project Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of Project management experience
- PMP Designation considered an Asset
- Related experience preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environment
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, with a strong ability to negotiate with and influence cross functional team members to meet product launch milestones and established targets
- Strong oral & written communication skills, detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities & multiple projects within deadlines
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- A working knowledge of Jira Project Software is an asset
- Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
