Our Customer Experience team plays a pivotal role in shaping every interaction our users have with our brand—from the first click to long-term engagement. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our Design and Copy Shared Services, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that elevate our customer experience.

What You'll Do

• As Scrum Master, you'll be the agile champion and delivery lead for a cross-functional team of designers, content strategists, and product owners. You'll:
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with Sonnet's strategic goals.
• Drive sprint execution and delivery of shared service tasks across multiple customer experience initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor team velocity, capacity, and throughput to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Promote agile best practices and coach team members to embrace collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
• Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Sales & Distribution, senior leaders to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Support agile governance and contribute to scaling agile practices across Sonnet.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, ideally in a digital or customer experience-focused environment.
• Proven success leading agile teams in design, content, or marketing-related initiatives.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the insurance or fintech industry is an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment with minimal direction.
• Passion for delivering scalable, high-quality customer experiences.

Salary Range: $77,100 - $142,000

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
