Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Condo Manager located in Calgary, AB. The Condo Manager will oversee the daily operations of condominium properties and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will also handle owner communications, resolve disputes, and facilitate board meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management and condominium operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Financial management, budgeting, and accounting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Provincial licensing for property management
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management
