The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading a team of corporate recruiters. This person will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving recruitment success, utilizing data and metrics to evaluate the pipeline, conversion, and other hiring goals. This position is a "working manager" position that reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to ensure high performance, efficient execution of operational tasks, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement to drive both individual and team success.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, ensuring a streamlined and effective process.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the senior leadership team, HRBPs, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ensure alignment, and deliver top-tier talent.
- Personally handle recruitment for executive and/or key positions as an outstanding hands-on contributor.
- Own and manage relationships with talent acquisition vendors, agencies, and external partners as needed.
- Design and execute strategies aimed at reducing agency.
- Collaborate with the Data team to provide leadership with insights on recruiting metrics, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a management position.
- 3+ years of Executive recruiting experience
- Experience with Greenhouse and other leading talent technology, i.e., Gem, Brighthire, etc.
- Ability to strategically lead teams and contribute individually to get the job done.
- Data-driven and comfortable translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with process improvement and change management.
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
