Nurse (LPN or RN) - Part Time

Clinical Research Opportunity

Our clinical research site is seeking a part-time nurse (LPN or RN) to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for a nurse who is passionate about patient care and interested in contributing to cutting-edge medical research. You'll work alongside healthcare professionals to help bring new treatments to patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease, Sleep Disorders, Asthma, ASCVD, and COPD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and support during clinical trials.
  • Perform medical procedures such as phlebotomy, ECGs, vital sign measurement, subcutaneous injections, and IV infusions, following study protocols.
  • Accurately document patient information using appropriate medical terminology.
  • Assist with patient questionnaires and ensure compliance with clinical trial requirements.

What You Bring

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Strong clinical skills, including experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic documentation.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Previous clinical research experience is an asset but not required.
  • A commitment to patient safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
