Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada ScalePad Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

We're Hiring

We're looking for brilliant thinkers to join our #Rocketeers. If you've ever wondered what it's like to work in a place where people enjoy their work and where talent is more important than the title, then keep reading.

What is ScalePad?

ScalePad is a market-leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with headquarters in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Phoenix, AZ. However, we are proud to say our employee reach is now global so we can best serve our partners all over the world.

Our success is no accident: ScalePad provides MSPs of every size with the knowledge, technology, and community they need to deliver increased client value while navigating the continuously changing terrain of the IT landscape. With a suite of integrated products that automate and standardize MSP's operations, analyze and uncover new opportunities, and expand value to clients, ScalePad is equipping the MSP adventure.

ScalePad has received awards such as MSP Today's Product of the Year, G2's 2024 Fastest Growing Product, and 2024 Best IT Management Product. In 2023, it was named a Best Workplace in Canada by Great Place to Work. ScalePad is a privately held company serving over 12,000 MSPs across the globe.

You can contribute to our innovation and appreciate how your work is helping take this company to a higher level of operational maturity. More on that here.

Your mission should you choose to accept it.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will initially focus on Lifecycle Manager, ScalePad's platform that gives partners everything they need to guide strategic client conversations with data, insights, and history in one place. This role is about more than delivering training. It is about connecting with partners, inspiring them to adopt quickly, and creating learning experiences that stick. Over time, the role will expand to include other ScalePad products.

Responsibilities.

  • Deliver engaging, high-energy onboarding sessions through both group trainings and 1-on-1 interactions over Zoom that go beyond showing how to click buttons, making the learning experience memorable and actionable.
  • Walk partners through setup, configuration, and best practices for Lifecycle Manager while translating its core values into clear benefits.
  • Proactively engage partners during onboarding by asking questions, uncovering their goals and challenges, and tailoring examples so the product feels immediately relevant.
  • Conduct consistent outreach to partners who have not yet booked onboarding sessions through email and phone to encourage participation. Stay highly organized in tracking outreach activities and follow-ups.
  • Support existing partners who need assistance with adoption, especially for features they have not yet activated or are underutilizing.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success Management to manage the handoff after onboarding and assist at-risk partners before churn risks emerge.
  • Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate partners in other time zones, including the UK and Australia.

Qualifications.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to create sessions that are memorable, actionable, and build confidence.
  • Dedicated to great customer service and passionate about partner success.
  • Adaptive and eager to constantly learn about a changing technical product, even when it is a little out of your depth.
  • Creative, collaborative, optimistic, communicative, intellectually curious, and clever.
  • Able to quickly iterate and improve as a perpetual learner and teacher.
  • Strong sense of time management, with the ability to balance preparation, delivery, follow-up, and consistent outreach.
  • Incredible attention to detail, with a proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work rapidly in time-critical situations.
  • Natural ability to build rapport with partners (our customers, as we refer to them at ScalePad) and inspire confidence in product adoption.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement, while also able to provide constructive input that enhances the partner experience and internal processes.
  • Strong desire for continued professional growth.
  • Previous experience working at a SaaS company or within a Customer Success or Partner Enablement team is a strong asset.

You'll help shape how this modern SaaS company operates and make a genuine impact on the future of our people, product, and partners.
