  • The primary responsibility of this position is to support our real estate agents in the process of helping a client complete the purchase of their new home

We are seeking an EXCEPTIONAL Closing Coordinator for our growing and dynamic real estate team to help keep our agents on track and ensure clients are taken care of

This job is responsible for the day-to-day support of Sales Agents.

Must be well organized, a self-starter, able to learn new technology easily, provide excellent customer service, have great phone skills, and be able to multitask efficiently. General hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30, but some flexibility is required for client events. Many opportunities for advancement We offer a fun and friendly office with great teammates

Compensation:

$20 hour plus monthly bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Introducing yourself to new clients and sharing in the excitement of their soon-to-be new home
  • Remind clients of deadlines and ensure they have completed necessary tasks
  • Check in with the lender and keep the loan on track
  • Order home warranties
  • Record sales in multiple areas for our team members
  • Upload all accepted offer documents to our system and save
  • Create commission disbursements for agents
  • Reserving conference rooms and checking in/out signs
  • Projects as assigned
  • Monitoring emails and dealing with them appropriately

This position will be full-time, and there is a tremendous opportunity to grow with the company.

Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • If you enjoy working with a fun, fast-paced company and have a warm, friendly attitude, we want to work with you
  • Thrives working within a system and focuses on keeping processes/transactions on track
  • Deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Enjoys talking to clients and problem-solving
  • Able to easily learn new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
