Overview

We are part of the OK Tire independent dealer network that have more than 300 vehicle repair centres coast to coast. We operate 3 facilities in Etobicoke, each well equipped with the latest technology, equipment and clean, well lit work areas. Our experienced staff effectively performs repairs, and routine maintenance on all makes and models, including the latest electric vehicles. We provide top-quality services to our area for over 50 years. Our diverse team is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are expanding our team, seeking a Licensed Automotive Repair Technician for our light & medium duty fleet work in our commercial location.

The ideal candidate is experienced, skilled and detail oriented with experience inspecting, diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of makes and models, including light & medium fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
  • Perform safety tests as required
  • Effectively communicate with service advisors about vehicle issues, concerns and recommended solutions
  • Support health and safety procedures in the workplace & maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license in Ontario
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive repairs in a similar capacity
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive familiarity with automotive systems, tools, and software
  • Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
  • Willingness to learn, attend workshops, lunch 'n' learns, and other training as required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver's license (G)
  • Own tools
