Key Ingredients- basic Computer skills, of outlook, excel, WMS would be asset.
- Repack items into shippers, displays, or repalletize – follow a Spec sheet for accuracy
- Communicate with Warehouse Associates
- Work in a fast- paced team environment
- Escalates all non-routine conflicts and problems to the Supervisor.
- Identifies opportunities for improvements to processes, safety, and productivity in the department
- Physical exertion to perform manual labour tasks such as hand loading product onto tables, packing, wrapping pallets.
- Operating pump truck, baler and walkie/stacker
- Support on boarding and training for temporary and full time
- Support administration of the department and collecting routine data into reports
- Able to delegate work of the department.
- Assist coworkers to resolve task base problem of routine nature.
- Rate of Pay $21.03 per hour
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Good command of the spoken English language required
- Previous packaging experience a plus
- Well organized with ability to record keep
- Detail oriented and Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to function as part of the team in a fast paced environmen
