iGuard360° is currently recruiting a Full-Time Security Scheduler, with integrated cross-training for our Video Surveillance (GSOCC) Operations Team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position based primarily out of our Hamilton office, with opportunities to support our GSOCC (Global Security Operations & Command Centre) as operational demands require.

In this hybrid operational role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize scheduling for multiple security sites across the region
  • Coordinate staff assignments, shift coverage, and emergency schedule adjustments
  • Support supervisors and account managers with day-to-day scheduling needs
  • Learn and assist with real-time surveillance monitoring, emergency response protocols, and incident escalation
  • Contribute directly to the continuity of field operations and the efficiency of our command center

Schedule & Location:

  • Primary shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Hamilton office). Weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Occasional GSOCC support as operationally required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
