Job description:

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies to promote renting the apartments in the complex.
  • Client and customer engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers, and act as a liaison between the management company and tenants.
  • Sales and negotiation: Facilitate the leasing process and use persuasive communication to generate leads and execute leases.
  • Content and materials: Aid in the creation of sales materials and compelling campaigns to increase unit availability.
  • Market research: Analyze market trends and public demand to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Present products, make proposals, and communicate with the management company and the on-site staff.

Required skills

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for presentations, negotiations, and tenant interactions.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze data to understand renting population and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple campaigns and tenants.
  • Creativity: Ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content and campaigns.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
  • Commercial awareness: A good understanding of the rental market is beneficial.

We are offering a salary plus leasing commission.
