We Are Looking For:

Landscape maintenance - crew member

  • We are looking to expand our maintenance division and are searching for the right leader to bring knowledge, skill, expertise, enthusiasm and positive leadership to the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily truck inspection & ensuring all required tools are loaded for the day.
  • Morning meeting with your crew to discuss the day plan.
  • Mulching, fall cleanups, maintenance, lawn mowing, trimming and much more.

Job Requirements:

  • Personable, outgoing and willing to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a physical setting, outdoors and in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule and work long hours when necessary.
  • Must be able to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to problem solve and embrace challenges as they arise.
  • Strong knowledge on various tools and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
  • Excellent time management skills.
