We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and thrives on building long-term client partnerships while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and strategic lead.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Media channels.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Ads to drive actionable insights.
  • Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and confident manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO specialists, PPC experts, content strategists, and developers) to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor budgets, optimize campaigns, and ensure consistent ROI delivery.
  • Stay current on industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or client-facing roles within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency with additional tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Looker Studio is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with SEO strategy, paid search optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are preferred.
