Job Description:

Comme conducteur de train solution (STE), dont vos principales fonctions seront d'être un leader au service du train solution, sous l'approche SAFe.  Vous serez le garant de la qualité et de la performance des trains au sein de la solution dans un processus de livraison continue. Vous possèderez une bonne connaissance de la façon de mettre à l'échelle les pratiques Lean et Agile afin de permettre de maximiser la livraison de flux de valeur.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Les activités du conducteur de train solution (STE) sont :

  • Comprendre les enjeux d'affaires, soutenir les personnes et les équipes qui contribuent et qui collaborent à maximiser la livraison de valeur

  • Utiliser pleinement les outils, méthodes et techniques de gestion de projets, encadrée par la philosophie Agile, pour faciliter les processus et événements du train solution

  • Faciliter les événements de synchronisation périodiques et les activités de planification qui conduisent à la synthèse d'une vision, d'une feuille de route et des carnets de solution, avec la gouvernance du train solution

  • S'assurer du respect des priorités et des balises définies par la gouvernance du train solution

  • Avec la collaboration des conducteurs de train, consolider les métriques et mesures, en faire le bilan et instaurer les actions requises pour assurer la performance

  • Susciter l'engagement et mobiliser les gens dans la réalisation des travaux

  • Animer et préparer les différents comités de gouvernance du train solution

  • En tant que membre du bureau de projet, agir à titre d'ambassadeur dans la mise en place de l'agilité au sein de l'organisation, participer activement aux communautés de pratique et à l'évolution des outils et des processus

Vos talents et qualifications:

  • Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée (minimum baccalauréat).

  • Posséder un minimum de quinze (15) années d'expérience en contexte de projets et/ou en développement de systèmes.

  • Avoir cinq (5) à huit (8) années d'expérience en gestion/coordination de projets ou toute autre expérience équivalente.

  • Détenir une expérience dans des projets utilisant une approche Agile.

  • Posséder une certification en gestion de projets ou en agilité à l'échelle (SAFe) sont des atouts.

  • Détenir une bonne connaissance des domaines d'affaires liés au secteur de l'assurance ou services financiers (atout).

  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française tant parlée qu'écrite ainsi qu'une maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
