As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:

· Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales; preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases.

· Entering cattle manifest, weighing cattle, clerking cattle sales.

· Customer services and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

· Other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Livestock and/or data entry experience is considered an asset.
