Business Analyst, ERP Systems & Support

Business Process Management

Remote, Canada

The Business Analyst position is responsible for the design, improvement, maintenance, and support of our ERP and other integrated systems. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our use of Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the system aligns with the organization's goals.

What you will be doing at Pinchin

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint modules (e.g., Projects, Billing, CRM).
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilities.
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and user guides for Vision and Vantagepoint users.
  • Provide support for system issues, liaising with Deltek Support, third party consultants and internal IT teams as needed.
  • Assist with data mapping, reconciliation, and integration efforts between Vision/Vantagepoint and other systems and platforms.
  • Any other projects related to our ERP and related systems, as assigned

What you bring to the Pinchin team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with system testing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams.
