Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while overseeing the daily operations of the dining room. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service. Full-time position with benefits, pension, and free parking. Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.

Experience

  • Proven experience in food service is essential.
  • Strong background in supervising teams within a hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.60-$22.60 per hour
