NOW HIRING: KITCHEN LEAD (Lead Line Cook / Working Supervisor)

We're looking for an experienced, high-energy Kitchen Lead to run our busy kitchen shifts and keep our handmade pastas, Romana pizzas, and fresh salads coming out fast and perfect every single time.

This is a true working lead position — you'll be on the line cooking with the team, expediting during rush, and making sure every plate leaves the kitchen exactly to spec.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and work all stations (pizza, pasta, sauté, salad, prep) during service
  • Run smooth, busy lunch and dinner services — calling tickets, pacing the line, checking every plate
  • Train and coach junior cooks on recipes, plating, and speed
  • Oversee daily prep lists and make sure the team hits par levels
  • Maintain our high standards for quality, consistency, and cleanliness
  • Jump in wherever needed — we're a tight team and everyone works every station
  • Keep the good vibes flowing even when we're in the weeds
  • Ordering from our 4 Suppliers

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years experience as a strong line cook (Italian cuisine is a big plus)
  • Proven ability to run a shift and expedite during rush
  • Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Speed + attention to detail — you can crank and still make it beautiful
  • Cool under pressure — dinner service gets loud and fast and you love it
  • Reliable, punctual, and proud of what you put out
  • Open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
