We are currently hiring a Help Desk Specialist to work in our Mississauga, Ontario facility

Pay rate: $55K+

Shifts Available: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

What you'll do:

  • Ensures smooth operation of existing networks in all locations .
  • Provides helpdesk support to internal users across Canada.
  • Liaise with external suppliers/vendors to ensure that external resources meet the needs of the business.
  • Provides emergency (on-call) support to end users as required.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Enterprise system (DVI), proving Subject Matter expertise to staff as needed.
    Responsible for routine reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of hands-on operational experience with Win 2016 Server and newer, Win 10/Win 11, DOS. 2 years Windows networking and connectivity.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Android/iOS devices
  • 2 years of Windows networking and connectivity.
  • 2 years of experience in laser printers setup, troubleshooting and repairs.
  • 2 years of experience in remote support.
  • Post-secondary degree
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent
