Backend Developer, AI Integrations

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 /yr.

As a Backend Developer – AI & LLMs, you'll take on hands-on responsibilities and play a key role in building impactful software solutions. About the Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C# .NET.
• Integrate and optimize APIs from major LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas, primarily with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver new features and product enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
• Research and evaluate advancements in AI, LLMs, and related technologies; recommend improvements.
• Configure applications to interact with Azure resources in coordination with cloud/DevOps teams.
• Share AI best practices with the team, including productivity tips and new tool adoption.

This role is for you if you have:

• 2–5 years of professional experience with C# .NET.
• Strong experience in RESTful API integration and backend development.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and configuring applications to use Azure resources.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) in professional or personal projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in AI and LLMs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience with multiple LLM providers, prompt engineering, or building AI agents is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and adopting new AI technologies is considered an asset.
