Job Title: Foreman Carpenter (Full Time)

Job Description: The Carpenter is responsible for their part of a project from start to finish - once the design, engineering, and scope have been established. A typical day in the life of a Carpenter includes receiving of materials on site, measuring, cutting, and installing materials according to a plan. The Carpenter works closely with the Foreman, Project Manager, and sometimes our clients.

Candidate Skillset Profile:

  • Craftsmanship – The candidate should display a high level of detail and ability to create beautiful solutions. This usually means taking a high level of pride in the finished product and not cutting corners.
  • Construction Ability – The candidate should display a high level of know-how when it comes to forming, framing, and general construction practices. Knowledge of glazing, aluminum detailing, stonework, and flashing would also be well received.
  • Planning – The candidate should be able to plan their day and task efficiency.
  • Communication – The candidate should be an effective communicator both verbally and through documentation and site memos.

Wage and Benefits:
