Aircraft Maintenance Engineer "S" Apprentice

Position Overview This position is a full-time, permanent position with working schedule of 40 hours per week with potential weekend scheduling. Overtime is available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting planned and unplanned maintenance procedures on our fleet of aircraft in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and company procedures
- Perform aircraft inspections, including airframe structures, engines and components
- Ensure operating and maintenance procedures comply with industry and internal regulations and quality standards
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, etc.
- Maintaining an organized, clean and safe hangar environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced AME "S" Apprentice
- Experience working on general aviation M1 aircraft
- Available to work weekends
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge in CARs regulations
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
