We're looking for a skilled and safety-focused Aerial Field Technician to join our team in Langley, BC. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication systems. You'll work hands-on at tower sites, ensuring reliable connectivity and adhering to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair wireless communication systems
  • Climb and work safely on towers while following safety protocols
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications:

  • Technical experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of wireless systems
  • Comfortable working at heights; tower climbing experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and use testing equipment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
  • Relevant safety/tower climbing certifications and a valid driver's license are strong assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
