Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative products across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product lifecycle stages, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product success in a competitive market environment.
Duties
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product development.
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams utilizing methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with software development teams on SDLC processes including design, coding (Java, APIs), testing (test cases), and deployment.
- Manage product backlog using tools like Jira and TFS; prioritize features based on analytics, user feedback, and business impact.
- Oversee integration of SaaS solutions, IoT devices, mobile applications, and databases to enhance product offerings.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts in API development, database management (SQL), HTML interfaces, and cloud services like AWS.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance through analytics tools; identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, APIs, Databases, SQL, HTML, Java, Git, and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile applications development, IoT systems, and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data using analytics tools; adept at requirements gathering.
- Leadership qualities with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Jira, TFS for project tracking.
