Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee wages.
  • Perform auditing tasks to assess the accuracy of financial records and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in corporate finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Provide insights on account analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Certified Public Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft is required.
  • Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, budgeting, and auditing is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,527.19-$147,346.22 per year
