Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our residential suites and common areas. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
