In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

Dive right in as part of our Web Marketing teams to use your knowledge to influence our website experience, online strategy, technical content, data analytics, and more. You will gain exposure to TI's Worldwide Marketing teams and businesses, and play a key role in serving customer needs to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute multiple strategic marketing projects, and receive personal coaching and mentoring from a team of industry-leading professionals.

As part of the Web Marketing Career Accelerator, you will also get exposure to other disciplines such as: Digital Experience and Analytics, Technical Content Specialist, User Experience Design, Web Technology, and more. You will have opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of global stakeholders across the company including other marketing teams, technical experts, communications, and sales while you receive formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences helping you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

About The Job
Our User Experience Design Program consists of a variety of website-related experiences starting with the functions within user experience (UX) design then including time learning about one of the other areas in the program such as web content management, web technology platforms or search. This is a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative environment where you will learn the key systems, platforms and processes critical to creating and maintaining a great user experience for a customer throughout the product life cycle on the website of an $18B technology company. This program might be for you if you have an interest in:

• Developing and driving a best-in-class website and digital experience for customers looking for information to evaluate products, make purchases and get timely support
• Developing end-to-end design strategies, expanding digital marketing guidelines and creating consistent web graphics to help promote the TI brand
• Working with IT to launch new innovative, technically credible solutions on – leveraging& analyzing data, collecting feedback from customers and internal stakeholder groups, understanding the competitive and industry landscape to influence decision
• Leveraging data to assess the effectiveness of content on , and collaborating with key experts to complete analysis of web performance

Role
Throughout the program you'll receive hands-on coaching and training to prepare you to deploy full-time into the UX Design role. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work in different functions, including:

• Lead& coordinate user experience design (UXD) production work across a key project
• Learn about how to develop an effective end-to-end user experience for the customer on
• Help uncover user insights from surveys& user testing to drive design innovation
• Be an active project participant creating design prototypes while utilizing and contributing to a robust design system

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, User Experience Design, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree.
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Product Design, UX Research, Human-computer interface design, Web design & development, Marketing Communications, User experience design (UXD), graphic design or information architecture
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX web-related design work a must
• Proficiency with one of the standard prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, UXpin, Axure as well as Adobe CC
• Understands fundamentals of user experience design principles, UX research, web development and web production
• Some experience and/or familiarity with HTML/CSS web development and related JS framework
• Ability to analyze data, gain insight, and create recommendations from the data
• Demonstrated curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Ability to consult, influence without authority and take initiative
• Strong project management and program management skills that enable on-time project delivery
