Position Title: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Job Type: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT

Location: BURNABY, BC

Compensation: From $23 to $26 (Based on Experience) + Extended Benefits after Eligible period

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confirming customer packing slips
  • Making Collection Calls
  • Daily Sales Reconciliation
  • Posting daily sales
  • Entering cheques
  • Provide account related support at POS level
  • Month closings according to deadline
  • Work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable role
  • Accounting diploma or degree would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail
  • Great time management and self-regulation –able to access and resource effectively by planning and scheduling competing priorities
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferable
